Our green purpose sits at the heart of our business — to empower more people to make greener travel choices.

As we welcome more and more people back to our offices, the team has been continuing to work behind the scenes on additional initiatives to make our office spaces greener.

Paris: Food bank donation

Our Paris team has been introducing tons of green initiatives over the last few months, and their latest brainwave is a food bank collection to help reduce food waste, hunger and greenhouse gas emissions!

Over the coming weeks Trainliners will be encouraged to clear out their cupboard and bring in any unwanted food for those less fortunate ?.

Edinburgh: Book swap library

Our Edinburgh office are encouraging re-using instead of binning, or buying new through their new book swap library! ?

‍London: New recycling station & eco-friendly bamboo toilet paper / kitchen roll

New recycling stations have been installed in all our London kitchens to help make recycling at work easier than ever:

We’ve also replaced our toilet paper and kitchen roll, using ‘The Cheeky Panda’, who use bamboo instead of trees.

James Coulson, Facilities Coordinator and Green Team Lead, added: “Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world. As a crop, it grows 30 times faster than trees, making it the most sustainable product in the market. As a grass, bamboo grows by regenerating from its own roots, requiring no fertiliser or replanting!”
