Trajectory IQ is growing rapidly and with that comes the need for a new customer support website.
After doing some extensive internal reviews over the past year, we’ve decided to create a new support website that will link you directly with our development team and we’ll include links to important articles that will help you from everything from administration to integration and inspiration.
Here’s what we’re doing in a nutshell:
TIQ.Ninja — our new support website is powered by Zendesk and is integrated directly to our team Slack account. We’ll get your ticket requests and start reviewing them immediately.
Email Support — you can still email us directly at support@trajectoryiq.com but we will be inputting those requests, and any other support requests made directly to our team, into TIQ.Ninja so that we can track and properly assess the issue.
Phone Support — we’re open business hours (9am — 5pm MST) and you can reach us toll free at 1–877–436–2661
