Announcing Early Access to Tranquil Data “Dragons”
After nearly 18 months of design, development, user feedback, and exhaustive testing, we’re excited to announce that the next major version of Tranquil Data is entering Early Access. Tranquil Data “Dragons” (in keeping with this weekend’s Lunar New Year) represents major advancements to the product, including:
- A new, streamlined product edition built on our core engine, empowering legal and privacy roles to define & enforce data use
- Next-gen caching and write-ahead capabilities that optimize how we store and use our context graph at-scale
- Rich, extensible support for web and enterprise authentication and authorization standards
- Deeper knowledge from our policy trace and change data capture streams for 360-degree engagement with data use and sharing
- Contextual row and field-level redaction based on new data categorization capabilities and group contextualization models
If you’re a regular reader, it will come as no surprise that driving this progress has been our predictive read of the landscape. Going back several years, we made a bet on core capabilities that we believed would be at the heart of all modern data platforms: consent, transparency, automation, and audit, together driving “correct” data use and sharing. Over the last few years the shift in regulations, market expectations, and privacy best-practices have helped us to refine exactly what “correct” means, and steer our product towards solving clear & immediate business objectives.
TQD Dragons represents an inflection point, where powerful platform technology meets today’s market direction, giving you confidence to address new opportunity. This product version is a mature solution that unlocks data-use at scale for the next decade of Financial, Cyber, AI, Health, Device, Consumer, and Utility networks and ecosystems.
Over the course of this week we’ll share more about the product, the use-cases we’re addressing, how we’re engaging with the market, and how you can join the EA program. #betranquil
