At Transcend Network, we are proud to announce a first-of-its-kind 4-week remote fellowship, which will allow fellows to engage with key themes around the future of learning and work, applying them to their backgrounds and projects, and to collaborate with top talent around the world.

The selected Transcend Fellows will be a part of the first cohort of 15 that will go through the program from June 28th through July 26th.

Apply here before May 15th!

The Fellowship

We used the Kolb Learning model to design a learning experience that combines new content for the fellows and the opportunity to work alongside thought leaders on the future of learning and work.

Each week, we will repeat this cycle applying it to a different sector and theme. First, there will be a “concrete experience” that will allow the fellows to interact and learn from a thought leader in the space. After that, there will be a period of “reflective observation” by applying different models and frameworks we will provide, which will be “conceptualized” through group discussion and moderation. Lastly, the fellows will create some tangible output (a concise piece of writing, a reflection, an interview, a prototype, etc.) that will consolidate the insights and apply them to the fellows’ sectors of focus.

During Week 1 we will focus on understanding the goals, projects, and skills of the group members, and will give more background into our thesis and insights in the space over the last years.

In Week 2, we will look at how the learning space is being shaped by the emerge of learning communities. Week 3 will be all about understanding how the future of work will shape up in the next decades, and the last week will be about sharing the connection between the two sectors, while applying these insights to the fellows’ projects and experiences.

The experience will be built on a culture of collaboration, open learning and diversity (of background, interests, sectors). Michael and Alberto will bring top-tier talent to the fellowship to make sure the participants leave being connected to the best in the field.

What will fellows get out of this experience?

The Fellows will be connected to a group of top global talent from all continents, which will be maintained through a community of mutual support into the future. Transcend Network will connect the fellows with top startups and organizations in the space (accessing 1:1 time with entrepreneurs) and access to coaching and support (1:1 support from the Transcend team and partners). In addition, the fellows can gain exposure by showcasing their work through our public channels and our internal network of partners.

Lastly, those who are looking to join new projects or to take on contractor gigs will be given personalized support and connection to our network of startups and partners.

Am I the right fit?

The majority of the fellows will have full-time jobs, so the time commitment will be limited to around 5 hours a week as a baseline (but there is always potential for more). We are inviting people from all backgrounds, regions and sectors. If in doubt, just shoot as a message!

Apply here before May 15th!
