An Apology… and a Gift

Okay, first the apology.

It’s been months since I last posted here, and I’m sorry about that.

I thought I could juggle working as a therapist, posting regularly, and completing a large project (more on that in a minute), but I was wrong.

As with physical juggling — where even the experts have been unable to teach me to keep three balls in the air — I can juggle only two major activities at a time. And alas, loyal readers, the one that dropped was this one.

So, to those who have been longtime subscribers and to those who’ve joined more recently: I apologize. And, I’ll do my best not to drop this ball again.

Which leads me to the gift.

The large project I’ve been working on has been a magnum opus online course called Mastering the Art of Balance: Stay Sane in an Insane World and its shorter but still substantial sibling Art of Balance Basic Training. And they’re just about finished!

As I’m getting the final tweaks tweaked, and leading up to the course launch, I’m going to post some of the videos from Art of Balance Basic Training here, via my YouTube channel.

This is the first, an introduction to Art of Balance Basic Training:

Over the next week or so, I’ll be sending out more lectures from the course, and then I’ll also send you a link to the gift: lifetime free access to the entire Art of Balance Basic Training course. It’s my way of saying, “Thanks for being patient.”

Some details:

Art of Balance Basic Training provides some of the key tools, techniques, and strategies of the Art of Balance System. It’s 40 minutes of video lectures and one written exercise designed to teach you the basics of how to reduce stress, solve problems, build resilience, and move confidently toward your goals and dreams. It’s a terrific way to get started in using the system that has benefited hundreds of my coaching and counseling clients.

I’ll also be telling you a little about the magnum opus course, Mastering the Art of Balance. For now, suffice it to say it’s the whole kit and caboodle of the Art of Balance System, the knowledge gleaned from nearly two decades of working with coaching and counseling clients, distilled into in one easy-to-digest package.

But, more on that later. As soon as I’m done with the finishing touches, the Art of Balance Basic Training is yours, no strings attached. And meanwhile, I hope you find these sample lectures helpful.

Thanks for hanging in -

David
