Conscious Manifestation: Maintaining the Frequency

All of us who are changing our realities will bump into this issue, probably repeatedly. The issue is that we come up with an intention for manifestation. The intention excites us to our core. We feel the rightness of the goal. We see that the goal is attainable and even more authentic than our current situation. After a few days we start to doubt the goal and even doubt whether we can consciously manifest anything at all. We lower our ‘frequency’ and drop the excitement that could have been the fuel of our manifestation machine. We go back to REALITY. We get REALISTIC. We lose the dream and consider ourselves silly for ever having it. We fall into the trap of effortlessly manifesting the status quo when we could be using the same consciousness tools to manifest a more authentic, creative and exciting reality.

What has happened is that we have dipped into a lower frequency. Here’s an example to illustrate how this works:

You decide to change the way you earn money. No longer will you work at an office where you are underpaid and overworked, where your creativity is seen as a problem rather than an asset. You get a surge of excitement as you make plans to quit your job and reinvent yourself. You are fired up about your new plans. You can see how you will end up more prosperous, have more free time and how work will no longer feel like work. Your creativity, joy, passion and ability to earn money will all line up in a way that thrills you. You see the logic and you feel the rightness of this plan.

Now you start sharing your new plans with others. Some are happy for you but most are cautious and warn you of the risks you are taking. You start to come down from the high. As you come down lower you start to re-evaluate. Maybe this isn’t a realistic idea. Maybe I was just indulging in ungrounded fantasy. Maybe I’m just being self-destructive rather than inspired. You spiral downward into the reality you seek to transcend. You start to think this whole manifestation thing is just wishful thinking.

Here’s the thing:

You manifest your reality by blending your core frequency and belief system with your emotional state. You don’t have much control over your core frequency. You can either go with it or fight it and a lot of that is connected to your belief system. Your emotional state is created by the match or mismatch between your core frequency and beliefs. For example, if your belief is that you don’t deserve love and your core frequency says that you need to bask in the glow of love at all times, you will feel like shit whenever love is absent. Substitute the words money, attention, respect, abundance, creative self expression or whatever you like for the word love and you get the idea.

So, the only thing you can really change out of the three factors is your belief system.

To maintain your conscious manifestation goals, you will have to change your belief system so that it is in alignment with those goals, and that change won’t necessarily happen all at once. It is completely normal to vacillate. It is normal to have highs where you get extremely excited about your manifestation goals and start to see them as completely attainable. Then you have the lows. That’s where you do the archeological digging to remove unneeded artifacts from your consciousness. These include primal guilt, fear and shame as well as inherited limited views of reality.

Until you have completely installed your new belief operating system it will be almost impossible to maintain the frequency of your highest desires. Without maintaining that frequency, results will usually be inconsistent. This is the dreaded no man’s zone between realities that I love guiding people through.
