Happy New Year! We announced bimU.io’s simplified pricing plans in December 2022. Now it’s time to roll out the changes progressively. Please read on!
Grace Period until End of January 2023
We would like to offer the least disruptive way for our users to continue using bimU.io services during the transitional period. Hence, a one-month grace period (until 31st January 2023) is given to purchase a paid subscription before the premium features get restricted. Please feel free to email us if you need an extension.
How to Trial the Premium Features?
For bimU.io Viewer, the premium features, including password protection, guest comments, Viewer API, BIM database, etc., are freely available within the first 14 days after a new BIM model is uploaded. No paid subscription is required to use the premium features in the first 14 days when you upload a new BIM model. If you don’t have an active paid subscription on the 15th day, the premium features will be disabled on the model. However, this restriction doesn’t apply to a model if it is uploaded before 1 February 2023.
For bimU.io Agile, the premium feature is basically the access to a channel (project) that accommodates unlimited users, models, issues, etc. No paid subscription is required to access, view, or edit the channel content in the first 14 days when you create a new channel (project). If there’s no channel (project) admin user who has an active paid subscription on the 15th day, the channel (project) access will be disabled for all users in the channel (project).

If you want to manage your existing subscription, the system will prompt you to enter a one-time passcode sent to your registered email.
Once logged in, the self-service portal allows you to upgrade your Premium Plan, change payment method, download invoices and receipts, etc.
