Creating a Player V Player Competition on Splash Esports

Challenge your friends and players around the world on Transient’s newest and most exciting dApp

Transient is excited to present the new way to use Smart Contracts in the Esports World. Users can be in control of the platform, while leveraging Smart Contracts and having fun with our Player V Player Competitions!

For those that may be joining us from the Esports community, Smart Contracts are pieces of code that automatically executes terms or conditions based on an agreement which is subsequently stored on the blockchain. Let’s see how to enjoy the Player vs Player on Esports.

How to Create a Player V Player Competition

Don’t forget the conditions to use the dApp:

• Metamask Wallet
• Have $TSCT on BSC

Let’s begin the pool creation by choosing:

• Sport Type — The game for your competition
• Match Name — Choose a cool name for your game
• Twitch Stream Link — Take your challenge to the next level!
• Privacy: Public or Private (set a password)

Click “Create competition” to go to the next page.

Enter pool information:

• Competitor Address, who you are competing against
• When this Competition can Bet — Immediately or Scheduled (Set Time)
• Start Match Time
• Entry Fee, that will accumulate on the Competition Prize Pool
• Only Players can Bet — If you are in the mood of a challenge!

Click “Player information’’ to proceed.

Here you will set up the duel by filling:

• Player 1 Nickname (You)
• Player 2 Nickname

Players contract addresses will be automatically filled.
Click “Create competition” to advance.

Validate and sign on Metamask and your pool is created!

From this point, you can go to the homepage or create more Competitions.

Player 2 — Joining the fun

You can access the Competition created by Player 1 on the Homepage, click the PLAYER V PLAYER option right above the banners to proceed. You can also click the fourth button on the left row to access it.

Here you find the PvP Competitions, select the challenge you want to jump in!

Player 2 needs to accept the challenge and pay the fee before the Start Match Time defined by the Competition creator. Approve the fee and sign on Metamask and you are ready to join the fun!

This is the view of the Competition window where users can watch the match live while cheering for their favorite team or player!
