Asia Ware has to leave her home in Queens every morning between 7:35 and 7:37 a.m. for an on-time arrival in downtown Manhattan. Her two-hour commute consists of a 30-minute Q85 Limited bus ride and an overcrowded 50-minute Manhattan-bound J train. She agreed to let Transit New York document her Monday morning commute:
