Jason Ogle, Senior UX designer at NCM and User Defenders podcast host was our Ask Me Anything session guest. Jason has been designing digital experiences and fighting for the users since 1996. His podcast is focused around inspiring interviews with UX superheroes. He’s also a husband, father of six, and craft coffee roaster.
One-hour Ask Me Anything session was full of great insights. We discussed reasons why users need to be defended, the main skill sets one needs to possess to become a UX designer, talked about relying on data to inform design decisions vs. trusting gut feel, and many more exciting topics and ideas.
