What we would change in our project if we could do it all again

It is not really that easy to criticize your own project because you have put a lot of efforts into it, but there are still some things I would like to change if I had another chance.

First change is all about target audience. There are a lot of different people who would like to use our translation service and it would be hard to target both sectors( travelers and Business people). As I think of it now it would be much better to work with only one group and make more precise research about their needs instead of working with two groups and not being able to fully understand customer values.

Secondly, I wish we worked on our website draft, so we could understand how it would work in real life.

Thirdly and lastly I would like to make a deeper research into growth hacking strategies. As our idea depends on our clients, these strategies would surely help us to get a wide customers database.

Anyway, though some mistakes were made I am still very happy that we had an opportunity to work on this project. Through this project we have learnt a lot of different things on how to create our own startup, make business models, work with potential customers profile, look for different hacks which can be used to promote our business through different social medias. All of these skills surely will be useful for us in the future.
