If you’re looking to attend one — or several — marketing conferences in 2019, you’ll need to know what’s coming up. We’ve listed seven of our personal favorites (in chronological order) to get you started:

SMX West (January 30 - 31)

With Search Engine Land hosting this particular event in San Jose, the marketing conference boasts a full agenda with SEO and SEM classes, discussions, Q&A events, training, and more. If you’re looking for an action-packed, fast-paced conference, grab your tickets now.

B2B Marketing Exchange (February 25 - 27)

Hosted by Demand Gen Report in Scottsdale, Arizona, over 85 workshops were held at B2B Marketing Exchange last year and there’s no reason why 2019 will be any different. Offering speakers from companies such as BuzzFeed, Facebook, and LinkedIn, there’s much to learn from this event and the case study sessions can offer top notch marketing knowledge.

Advanced Search Summit Napa (April 4 - 5)

For anybody wanting something slightly different, the Advanced Search Summit Napa hosts social media experts, SEO gurus, executives, digital marketers, and all while also offering a Wine Experience in the beautiful landscape of Napa, California. Seen almost as a vacation by many, there will be opportunities to relax while also listening to speakers from multinational corporations. Past speakers include experts from Bing, Disney, Google, Home Depot, and many more.

Social Media Week (April 30 - May 2)

With social media playing such an important role in business these days, Social Media Week in New York City has a particular focus this year on influencing and the responsibility that comes with influencers online. How can brands be more truthful online? How can they be responsible with content and communication? These are just two of the questions that’ll be discussed.

ContentTECH Summit (April 8 - 10)

If you’re looking for a marketing conference that doesn’t have thousands of people fighting for prime position at the venue, the answer could be ContentTECH Summit in San Diego. In 2018, the event welcomed just 400 participants yet there were leaders from Mayo Clinic, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and many others from which to learn. Once known as the Intelligent Content Conference, it’s primarily designed for senior marketing executives who want to embrace technology in a content strategy.

Mozcon (July 15 - 17)

We’ve all heard of Moz these days, but did you know they have an SEO/content-based conference in Seattle this year? With Mozcon, there’s no confusion over the topic and you’ll hear from marketing leaders as well as Moz representatives. If your focus is on SEO, content production, and assessing analytics, you won’t want to miss this one.

Inbound (September 3 - 6)

Located in Boston, this digital marketing conference will have plenty of innovative discussions, excellent advice, and even a stand-up comedy show. With HubSpot as the host, around 25,000 people are expected to attend and it’s a great atmosphere for all things digital marketing.
