Nilambag Palace
Nilambag Palace is a heritage hotel. It was built by Maharaja Saheb Takhatsinhji of Bhavnagar in 1879. Its colonial architecture was designed by German architect Simms. The palace was converted into a heritage hotel in 1984 and has welcomed important dignitaries such the Dalai Lama and various public officials. You can witness the grandeur and majesty of life of the Maharajas by visiting this palace. There are many interesting artifacts at the palace such as the bird house, interior swings and Maharaja’s chariot.
