Thanks for the Memories

My semester as a campus rep for Serengetee has been amazing nonetheless.

I applied to this position with the hopes of boosting my resume. As an individual hoping to make a name for myself in the field of marketing, I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to use my passions and talents. However, I never realized how much I would learn through this experience.

I realized how important social media is to any brand. Every like, share, and follow can make the biggest difference. I have definitely learned from sharing every post on the Serengetee Facebook account. I also realized the importance of face-to-face contact with consumers. Sure, the digital world has drastically changed the world of advertising. At the end of the day, though, nothing compares to seeking out customers on a college campus.

Throughout my time as a Serengetee campus rep, I was able to participate in multiple competitions, post multiple times on various social media platforms, and drive in sales to the brand. Not to mention, I spent a little cash of my own!

This opportunity has most importantly opened my eyes to the importance of making a difference in this world we live in. No amount is too small to give, no movement is too small to make.
