The experience in Portugal has been fascinating since the beginning and especially in the summer!!! Sunny weather, beautiful beaches, excelllent wines, great food — literally a paradise!

So many temptations around! But…I came with 3 colleagues from Kaospilots to work on my semester exam project. A big challenge to manage time and balance work and temptations, plus challenges that every project has regarding timing, tasks flow and team dynamics.

Food culture in Portugal is like something obvious for the locals. Food is present every time and everywhere, wherever you’re socializing with family, friends and meeting people. Food, wine, beers, ginjinha are always linked to enjoy every single moment with people.

And the nightlife is simply incredible, it made me feel in a street carnival in Brazil!

Below, some features of the week in forms of pictures:

The classic 28 tram in Lisbon
Pasteís de bacalhau
Just a sense of the nightlife in Bica, Lisboa
Clothes drying at the balcony, a typical scene of Portuguese traditional houses
Ovos verdes — Green eggs — fried cooked eggs with sauces
Statue of the Portuguese writer Fernando Pessoa, in front of the café A Brasileira
Comporta Beach, nearby Lisbon, simpy incredible!
