I’ve spent last 3 years without camping and before that I was a quite active tourist. This is the time to fix it — I thought.

So we get our shit together

And went to Zeebrugge — the place you wouldn’t know about if I wouldn’t visited it. Why Zeebrugge, — you might ask? Because of the rest of campings clothier to Amsterdam was taken already, we’ve got our 6 days of summer, and all the (smart) people went to campings.

Well, we’re in Belgium, which means there plenty of rare good beer 🍺 🍻

Look how Belgians make sale! They put all the stuff which is on sale outside

After having some food

We arrived at the camp place

First I was not impressed at all — lots of people around, niet gezellig, houses around.
When I was camping before — it was slightly different: wild forest or mountain ⛰ , no people around, far away from civilisation. No shower or food placearound — it’s for sure.

We set up the tents and went to the seacost, where we stayed a little bit

…and went for exploring the area

We found an old bunker

And a lighthouse

Look at this skilled-ass sailor — he’s making to the marina by the sail, not by the engine, like noobies do

Then we thought that it’s a good idea to return to the camping and make a barbecue and then go back to the sea 🌊

We’ve degustated like 10 kinds of beers, God bless Belgium!

Sunsets on the seaside are always nice

And today I especially get into patterns on the sand after a low tide

In the night someone in neighbour-tent was coughing like a dying zombie 🧟‍♂️ , for like 2h or so. The rest of the night someone had an alarm 🚨 ringing until the morning. We thought that it was the same guy, who died after coughing and can’t hear the alarm anymore.

Blankenberge, Belgium 🇧🇪

Next day we started at the beach, skimboarding and chilling and drinking beers

We found a good way to keep the beer cold

Then we piched up our car, with all the packed camping gears, and went to the town nearby — Blankenberge. We managed to visit only seaside part of the town

And eat Belgium mosseles again! And again it was good!

Then we explored the pierce

And had a little bit of rest before our way back

That’s it! Thanks for watching!

P.S.

This time I tried new styling for picture to have a nice old-fashioned film look, let me know if you like it!
