I’ve said it often: Our best updates all start as feature suggestions. I want to highlight a few of those today.

Resend a trip message in two clicks

When you wanted to resend a message in TravelJoy before, you’d copy and paste it back into the message field. Gwiin, Sandra, and others suggested a better option: Adding a button to resend a message quickly. You’ll now find this button by clicking the three dots at the bottom corner of your message:

You can also report messages that your clients didn’t receive using this menu

Better trip details on the client profile

Previously, the Trips tab on the client profile showed all of that client’s trips, both active and archived, and you could visit each trip page to learn more. Sarah C. let us know it would be helpful to see the trip dates and Kyle B. let us know he’d like to see whether the trip is archived (and why).

Both were great ideas, and we’ve added them! You can see the status (and archive reason) of each trip at a glance and, if you hover over a trip, you can see the travel dates:

Blue buttons indicate active trips while gray buttons share the reason a trip was archived

Terms and conditions always visible on invoices

This one came from Korrine, who wanted to make sure her clients could always review their terms and conditions. Previously, the terms were part of the authorization section of a supplier invoice, and that section was automatically hidden when an invoice no longer required payment.

After the update, once the last payment is made, the authorization section is still hidden, but the terms are still displayed:

Longer terms and conditions sections will display a link to expand the full terms

We love your feedback

While we’re still a small team doing big things, and new features always take time, we encourage you to reach out with your ideas. Everything we receive is recorded, reviewed, and revisited often.

A huge thanks to everyone mentioned here, as well as the hundreds of other agents who’ve provided valuable suggestions to help us keep getting better every day!
