Raising Versus Growing Kids

Came across with a mastery session from my mentor, Robin Sharma which was about growing great kids. Just thought of this philosophy of raising kids versus growing kids, growing leadership within them. As parents, we always have the responsibility to set an example to our kids. Installing a mindset of generosity & abundance, great moral values & surrounding them with great people & great books.

1. Building great home culture.
2. Family Meal is the greatest gift, you can give to your kids.
3. Rewire the mindset by sharing four things with kids, every night.

• Whatever you do, do it well.
• Whatever you want to be, be it.
• Never give up.
• Never forget how much, daddy love you.
