It is in our interest to create for you unforgettable experiences, memories to bring back home, and this insatiable need to get out on the road again. Our idea of traveling is intrinsic to the discovery of foreign lands through the vision of locals. This is why Travelogue decided to partner up with Seasoul Collective for the Bali Oceanlove retreat. The idea around Seasoul Collective is to offer a collaboration platform organizing surf adventures all around the world and to share their healthy lifestyle with other Seasouls. Are shown here very different personalities but yet a lot in common: the tickling feeling of wanderlust, the passion for surf, the love for the ocean and the wish to bring to people together. Let us introduce you to the people behind the Oceanlove Retreat.

Killa Schuetze, founder of the Seasoul Collective is a Digital Design Nomad and Photographer with over 10 years of experience as a Surf Instructor. A few years ago she also got her certificate as a Thai Yoga Massage Therapist. Her aim is to empower people to develop confidence, expand their comfort zones, tackle fears head on and achieve their goals. During our trip, Killa will be our ultimate surf buddy, show us around the Island and make sure everything goes smoothly.

To me life is simple. I try to share my laughter with amazing, creative and likeminded souls. It is really important to be true to ourselves. I live with the awareness of interconnectedness. Everything we do and choose has an effect on other things and people. There is a lesson in everything”.

Alejandra Romo is wearing many hats: she is photographer, blogger, yoga passionate, ocean lover and most importantly surfer. Born in Mexico, this travel and surf addict did not give into the temptation of a steady and corporate job. It is after moving from Barcelona to San Sebastian that she indulged in her passion for photography. Alongside side making killer surfer pictures, she launched her own Yoga Retreats in San Sebastian under the name Donosti Chill. Her blog, ‘From where you’d rather be’ gives you an insight of how cool you will look on that surfboard in Bali. But Alejandra has a few more tricks up her sleeve: while being an absolute Bali expert she is also a breakfast queen and will treat us with her recipes during our trip. Her own café, Bowls&Bites is in San Sebastian, go check it out if you are around!

Hana Ahriz’s as zesty and spunky as the cities she’s lived in: Shanghai, Berlin, Paris and Madrid. From organizing tech conferences to building communities, Hana is all about bringing people together. While working for Airbnb confirmed her passion for travelling through the eyes of locals. Capturing colorful moments with photographs while she is on the road is also a hobby of hers. What’s her end goal you may ask? Seeing more women hit the road and gaining more confidence while doing so. And with that in mind she created Travelogue, a community of women travelers.

What I love the most is bringing the people together. I always did it with my family and friends and I have the huge chance to do for a living with Travelogue.
