When we think of Tuscany, we think of amazing food, wine and landscapes. Well, this new edition of the Travelogue Retreats will not be an exception! Come join us in Ebbio-Agriturismo with Sibilla and her mother who run a family business in Montereggioni close to Siena.
What is to expect?
Luxurious farm experience
Forget all the farms experiences you have had in the past, this is nothing like it. This place allies perfectly the pleasures of farming, great nature and cute animals. Everything you will eat there is “cucinato con prodotti a chilometri zero” in other words, all the raw materials you will be eating and partly cooking (in a traditional cooking class), are provided from the farm. Of course, Agriturismo cannot be done without a regional wine tasting, here Chianti will be featured to delight our tastebuds. Besides from feasting over tuscan delicacies (let’s face it, it’s a whole program on its own), we can enjoy what the farm has to offer, by going fruit picking or creating flower crowns.
Mother & daughter quality time
The goal of this trip is to offer mothers and daughter, a time away from the turmoil of their own homes. Whether it is during a cooking class, a cosmetic creation atelier, a wine tasting or a day trip to Siena, take it as an opportunity to recharge your batteries and reconnect.

Where?
In Monterrigioni, a little village in the province of Siena. Siena (right in the picture), and Chianti (famous for its great wine).
The pictures will speak for themselves, the place is what farm dreams are made of, surrounded by the stunning Tuscan landscapes and a house that allies traditional decor and Italian design.
The house consists of a kitchen with view, a gathering area with connected bathrooms and a massage room. The second floor is comprised by 5 doubles and 5 triple rooms with 5 shared bathrooms. Little 🍒 on top: the house has its own pizza oven, for the ultimate Italian experience!
How we give back
Wherever we go during our Travelogue Retreats we want to take a moment to give back to the people, or the environment that is welcoming us during our journey. We want to commit ourselves to a more conscious way of traveling and be aware of the impact we can have even with little actions. For this trip, we are supporting the local animal shelter by taking care of the animals during two hours.

How to get there?
The closest airport to Monteriggioni is Florence Peretola airport. From there, a shuttle will drive you — for organizational reasons there will be a fixed departure time from the airport.
Hot tip: if you have not been in Florence yet (or have been and you loved it) we highly recommend traveling there the day before and spend the day in this wonderful city.
