The future of the open internet — and our way of life — is in your hands

Capitalism or free market + continuously equalizing playing field? Primary points on Net Neutrality carry this principle. The Internet is an ideal — evolving away from its idealism as a universal platform and human right.

The old money mechanisms and monopoly motivations of capitalism corrupt, again, a greenfield. Yet the rapid-adaptive power of the Internet and its new wave of equalizing technology offer a counter-balance.

A hopeful perspective: Even with passage of seemingly definitive policies and restrictions, a collective human creativity connected by the inter-tubes and our democratic power tools will adapt and out-stride the stagnant protectionism — the leftovers from previous stages in our species’ evolution.
