We have pioneered a digitally empowered frictionless guest experience. Features such as a digital concierge and check-in/check-out by phone, as well as keyless entry, mean no crowded lobbies or lines at the front-desks. Now more than ever before, travellers value a digital-first contactless service, the essential hallmarks of a safe stay.

Self check-in: Check-in details are sent to guests via the Sonder app and email, and the majority of Sonders have self check-in for a contact-free experience.

Contactless service: Sonder has always offered 24/7 guest support via app, phone, and text message, but is rolling out features in the Sonder guest app which allows it to resolve more requests with contact-free service and put more information at the fingertips of the guest.

Comprehensive cleaning: Common spaces and high-touch surfaces are disinfected more frequently, and each cleaning is tracked through the housekeeping app.
