New Impact Scholarship Program

Introducing a $1000 service learning scholarship from Treedom.co

College tuition remains one of the most pressing social issues today (see Forbes article). However, Treedom has found a way to support aspiring students by recognizing their commitment to service learning with a brand new Impact Scholarship Program. For students demonstrating their commitment to the community, Treedom has found a way for the community to invest back in those students!

Helping out communities is more important than ever these days. Over the next two weeks, high school students can commit to any cause or causes that they feel passionate about, and submit via the Treedom app to enter for a chance to win a $1000 service learning scholarship.

Students can submit reflections based on Treedom opportunities, school opportunities, or self-identified opportunities from now until Friday, April 2, 2021. The winner will be chose at random from eligible submissions.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Students must be in grades 9–12
• Students must log four (4) completed service learning submissions on the Treedom app
• Each of the four (4) Treedom submissions must include:
  a. a reflection including hashtag #Treedom1000
  b. feedback
  c. a supervisor/Guardian’s signature and/or email
  d. photo attachment
• All four (4) submissions must be received by 11:59 pm PST on Friday, April 2, 2021

With four eligible submissions, students will be agreeing with the Terms and Conditions (T&C) of our new Impact Scholarship Program. We applaud our active high schools who continue to be generous with their time and efforts in their communities and beyond. We will notify the $1000 scholarship recipient on Friday, April 16, 2021.
