trendig’s design sprint trainers and facilitators José Díaz and Ina Hölzel were delighted to train a team of 30 officers of the Information Systems Wing (ISW), Hong Kong Police Force, in the design sprint method.
In its report, the Hong Kong Police Force provides insights into participants’ assessment of the training and how they will later use design sprints to design services in order to develop better service offerings in the public sector.
