IMPORT THE PDF FILE
Import the scanned paper of PDF form which you want to convert to the system by selecting the file or just dropping it.
PUT FIELDS ON YOUR FORM
Once you import the form, it will show you the Template Designer interface where you can drag and drop the fields from the right panel to your pdf file, select all the fields which are necessary for your form. There are many fields available like text field, number field, drop-down, date fields, signature field, image field, drawing field, formula fields etc. You are also allowed to set whether attachment needed with form or not. There are three types of attachment you can set. Image, Voice memos, and File attachment.
