DOCUMENT SHARING

Trexa allows you to share documents with internal team members or external users like your customers or visitors. It has three permission levels

• Read Only — Allows a user to view the document
• Edit — Allows the user to edit the document
• Signature — Allows the user to sign the documents — this will make the entire document read-only and only keeps the signature field editable

PUBLIC DOCUMENT SHARING

There is another way as well to share the document is creating a public link for the document, you can simply generate the public link for the document for Edit or Read mode and send it to anyone, and that person will be able to open the document using that link.

Sharing is the useful feature in many cases when need your team to work on the same document for editing purpose or when you need to send the filled form to your customers for review the document, or you may want to send Invoice to your customer to for signature.
