Trias: Achieve Blockchain Ecology Really Implementable | Economic Model


In The Legendary Swordsman, there are two major factions in the generation of Huashan clan. One is the sword faction, which claims that the key of martial arts is the “sword”. When the swordsmanship is skilled, he can defeat the enemy even with ordinary inner power; the other is the breath faction, which pays attention to “control the sword with breath”, thinking that if the breath is not practices, it is useless even he has strong swordsmanship. Both say they are the legitimacy of Huashan clan and they have fought for years.

Since the birth of bitcoin, blockchain has also been gradually divided into two major factions in searching for the direction of implementation. One is the public chain, which advocates taking root in society, following the public line and depending on issuing bitcoin to motivate participants. It is favored by the market, but is not accepted by the national government; the other is alliance chain, which advocates improving performance, carrying out the access mechanism and following the amnesty line. It is favored by the national government, but is not popular in the society.

Trias has provided its own response to these concerns. In terms of technology, Trias is built on a decentralized network, which not only has the advantages of a public chain involving a wide range of people, open access and inclusiveness, but also has the multi-mode verifier challenge mode protection, thus greatly improving performance and security degree.

Above all, different from the traditional mode, the core of Trias is based on the physical application and implementation. On the MagCarta architecture, around the applications on the chain, it provides the possibility of enterprise-level services by combining the automatic execution of intelligent contracts, and proposes the DSaaS concept and a new economic model.

New economic model integrates the traditional commercial mode and blockchain, which we thinks is the important direction for blockchain to land in the entity economy and it is also the way blockchain creates value for the entity industry.

I. What is the Design Concept?

Trias believes, combination with the software platform services (SaaS) of various industries is the important direction for the implementation of blockchain, and is also the major method for blockchain to create value in the entity industry.

Given that most countries have not introduced corresponding regulations and policies, and digital currency itself has obvious price speculation, the traditional entity industry is skeptical about the use of digital currency and dares not to accept it rashly.

For traditional entity companies themselves, they are practical in searching for cooperation and prefer technologies that can bring profits or reduce costs, rather than simply paying for the concept of “decentration”. In addition, entity industries focusing on stability also hope to cooperate with entity companies, rather than the “insubstantial” open source communities.

The above status quo has become the bottleneck in the economic development of blockchain, which seriously hinders the application implementation of blockchain in the entity industries. The application implementation is just like a sapling, requiring more robust design theory for protection.

Therefore, Trias proposes its own design concept on this basis. Trias economic model will not take the digital currency as the payment media, but as the additional awards.

Furthermore, commercial PoS-Staking (pledge) should closely connect the state of economic state and economic activity efficiency on the chain. The inflation caused by staking is positively related to the traditional implementation of the new tokens. Since there are many differences between the economic model of commercial implementation and the technical consensus economic model, we will create multi-layer economic model in the entire system in design to make the system smooth from running to implementing.

II. How to Get Reward TRY

In the previous article, we said that Trias is divided into three layers system architectures, namely hashrate layer (Leviatom network), application layer (Prometh framework) and service layer (MagCarta application).

Leviatom network builds the trusted computing device network of the bottom layer of Trias and secure computing environment. At this layer, participants benefit mainly by contributing hashrate, that is, the participant-computing device obtains corresponding reward by executing the application assigned by the smart contract. In addition, non-computing participants can also obtain certain income by checking the information of device room and maintaining the secure and trusted state of the system.

Prometh is the development framework of applications. At this layer, participants obtain income primarily by completing the process of processing software code, test scripts, package distribution, and application processes. Of course, they can also get the corresponding reward by carrying out security data analysis of the software.

It is worth mentioning that Trias foundation will give additional rewards (also from Prometh) to those who contribute to Trias ecology through ecological project incubation, developer community investment, university joint laboratory investment, hackathons, entrepreneurship competition, etc.

MagCarta is the ecology of smart contracts of the whole system. It implements decentralized enterprise-level service intelligence contracts that support complex application requirements by combining Prometh trusted software components and distributing to the Leviatom network for execution, and developers can obtain income by providing services to their end users.

As mentioned above, Trias defines the MagCarta application as DSaaS, and the Trias team will prioritize investing primarily in participating, supporting, or incubating the MagCarta ecosystem. The economic model of the MagCarta contract will be discussed in details in the later section of this article.

III. Introduction to the Main Architecture

In the decentralized SaaS economy of Trias, there are several important entities as follows, and we will introduce them one by one.

1. Trias alliance: It refers to the producer in the economic system. It develops and improves Trias public chain and helps entity enterprises to develop and customize resource management system. At present, its members include Trias Beijing, Trias South Korea and Trias Japan. Companies in the alliance are entity registered companies with full-time development staff, who can ensure the normal development of business and products.

2. Entity enterprises in the traditional industries: It plays the role of consumer/purchaser. The scale of a company can range from large to small, and it can be government and non-government companies. At present, most companies have great demand for blockchain SaaS and are potential consumers.

3. Digital currency exchange: It provides a place for the token of Trias, TRY to trade, and it can provide fiat money channels and support buy or sell TRY with fiat money.

4. Discount (Dividend) pool: Trias alliance will reward the persons in entity industries who use Trias blockchain in the reward way of TRY discount. In the contract with entity companies, we will negotiate to surrender part of the fiat money profits, purchase TRY at the current market price through OTC and put in the discount pool, and gradually release and give it back to the designated companies over time. The inflow rate of discount pool is greater than the outflow rate.

5. Repurchase pool: If traditional companies do not accept this form of discount, they can carry out business in the traditional way. From profits obtained from this company, Trias use part of the profits OTC to repurchase the circulating tokens and put them in the repurchase pool. Tokens in the repurchase pool will be locked and released linearly to the open source community in one year.

6. Destruction pool: As an alternate choice for using the profit, Trias can choose to use profit to purchase some tokens and destroy them forever. Considering the long-term stability of the economy, we will not use the destruction pool under normal conditions.


On the basis of the economic architecture, Trias has also launched peripheral infrastructure such as blockchain browsers and wallets. On the weekly project report, the Trias team will open source some of the code, and all code of Trias will be free and open source in the future.

Trias will create reusable software library for industry partners, which we believe will address enterprises informatization and intelligentization issues and provide strong support for blockchain and commercial applications.
