In this hands-on session we’re clarifying assumptions and questions for collaborative, peer learning. The purpose is to share experiences rather than give advice so that others can gain insight too.
Pair Programming: Two developers, two monitors, two keyboards, and two mice, but only one computer. Pair Programming is part of the TribalScale DNA and simply allows us to produce BETTER code. You can gather honest and practical feedback from your pair at any time, which helps with constructive criticism and constant goal setting. The knowledge transfer never stops and pairing lets you scale talent faster, while reducing technical gaps.
