Katapult Goes Public

Katapult is now trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol KPLT.

We are incredibly excited to announce that our portfolio company, Katapult, has begun its next chapter as a public company, completing a merger with FinServAcquisition Corp. Katapult is now trading on the Nasdaq under the symbol KPLT.

In 2014, Tribeca Venture Partners led Katapult’s Series A financing to help expand its core offering to nonprime customers. Katapult offers customers a lease-purchase transaction with no long-term obligation and options for ownership. Since then, Katapult has grown significantly and successfully built a world-class fintech company by bringing better financing solutions to nonprime customers.

Congratulations to CEO Orlando Zayas and the entire Katapult team. We are excited for this next chapter!
