We humans developed tools for hunting and gathering food. We formed groups and shared vital resources with each other. We had favored places for working, resting, and eating together. At our core, we humans are tribal. We like to belong to groups of individuals with similar views, thoughts and interests. There is comfort being among others who are like-minded. Humans stay when they feel a sense of belongingness. They stay because they get what they need and give what is needed to others.

Humans are tool builders, and the internet is the most remarkable tool we’ve ever built that connects people and ideas.

The driving force behind building Tribe Platform is our passion and in our human DNA to shape delightful experiences that encourages human interaction with one another to foster an engaged community.

We do that by studying human nature and translate it into digital experiences. What is the reasons for coming together? What motivate people to join and stay in real life that we can translate it into digital onboarding experiences? How to make users feeling valued and empowered and design methods that triggers those action and reward them while keeping the technology to stay out of the way?

It is invaluable for brands, businesses, creators to humanize themselves enough to engage in that type of relationship-building where they can build up trust over time, which creates loyalty. Behind every fast-growing community is the ability to successfully attract, engage, and delight users.

We believe it takes focus and craftsmanship to truly build an outstanding software that will be the place where people get connected to each other. Such platforms are increasingly difficult to come by in a world where a premium is placed on speed, and things are made to be disposable. We often sacrifice real craftsmanship at the altar of expediency.

It takes a lot of care and passion to build and grow an online community. They become in many different shapes and sizes. Youtube is a community. Pinterest is a community. Dribbble is a community. We believe by giving people a better tool, It will enables them to build their own niche communities with features as sophisticated and superior than facebook and twitter alike to create their own Tribe.
