From 6 p.m. to midnight our time (GMT+7), Triip will not be accessible to our users via either the website or our mobile app. We’re using this downtime to perform necessary maintenance to our core web infrastructure.

During this time, Triip’s technical team will be performing a transfer of user data at the server-side, what’s known as a backend migration.

Our team estimates this process can be completed in between four to six hours, but we’re staying with the high estimate just to be safe. Plan on being offline from 6 p.m. onward. We’ll let you know when we’re back on.

In summary:

• Triip will be briefly inaccessible on Oct. 17 from 6 p.m. (GMT+7) onwards. That means no lucky wheel, no booking tours, and no creating plans during this time.
• The service interruption is budgeted for just 6 hours but could take less time.
