Strategic Partnership with TomoChain, Triip’s ambition to expand the market to EU and America

We’re excited to bring you our October update from the Triip mothership.
We’re pleased to announce our plans to take over the world are going swimmingly.
KIDDING. But we have been all over the world. Our leadership has been to conferences as far as New Zealand and Austria to evangelize for Triip. We’re getting in front of new audiences (and, on one occasion, a national government but more on that later).
These are important people to know as we build our global network of stakeholders and beneficiaries. World takeover isn’t really our thing, but world enhancement definitely is and this is how we get there.
Also, we can’t wait to tell you about that and our plans to up our game by adding blockchain network TomoChain to our family.

Trip & TomoChain, Checking in with Triip’s Leadership
Triip’s relationship with blockchain network TomoChain is growing to make our company a key blockchain validator.
Known within the TomoChain terminology as a “masternode,” Triip is exploring the option of becoming one of the network partners that validates and supports transactions on the blockchain network. There are only 150 within the global network.
This alliance not only helps a TomoChain’s ability to service users on its network but also helps Triip build key parts of the Triip Protocol, our answer to the growing need for travelers to build a more personalized, special travel experience through our own blockchain enabled network.
Our partnership with TomoChain has been active since April 2018. This alliance has been key to our core objectives, namely creating a home for travelers who are ready to benefit advances in key technologies like smart contracts, as well as an important growth step for our company as we build the assets that will comprise the Triip Protocol.
Our COO Ha Lam is Spreading the Triip Love from the US to New Zealand
Triip is honored to participate in the Forbes Under 30 Summit in the U.S. This landmark Boston, Massachusetts, October conference was attended by Ms. Ha Lam, co-founder, and COO of Triip. There, she shared her experience with attendees about her startup days with Triip for aspiring youth. Watch a video of Ms. Lam’s address at the end of this post!
After Forbes Under 30 Summit, Ms. Lam represented us at Asia After Five, a social networking event hosted by the Asia New Zealand Foundation. She introduced to the guests Triip’s core products: Triip.me, TriipBest, Save Your Ocean to Triip Protocol. As our representative, she also had the chance to meet and expand a networking connection with many other entrepreneurs as well!

CSO Stacey Lee Does Double Duty in Austria
Beside Ha Lam, Our CSO Stacey Lee had a wonderful 2-month trip at the 2018 Vienna Start-up Package in Austria.
We are honored to be one of the top 10 finalists (out of 150 applicants!) who will take part in this special startup meeting. She will be attending for the next 2 months to present and seek new partnership opportunities.

Ms. Lee was selected to participate in the Demo Day Event, an event hosted by The Global Incubator Network and Vienna Business Agency. At this event, she had the great privilege of meeting and talking with the Ministry of Economy Austria. There, she learned Austria has a young, innovative government that works as a startup like us. Who knew?
CEO Hai Ho Explains How Travel is Reimagined at ITB Asia Conference
Hai Ho, CEO of Triip, attended the Singapore travel trade show ITB Asia and delivered a presentation titled “Why it matters to make your destinations crypto-friendly”, a perfect match with the conference’s theme “Travel Reimagined.” This is a touchstone conference for many in our trade. Over 1,000 travel service providers met this year with the over 1,000 purchasers in attendance.
It’s an honor of Triip to be one of the winners at 2018’s DEMO Asia Summit! Being selected as one of the top 15 outstanding blockchain projects in attendance, we had the opportunity to share more about TriipProtocol, which as will like to say is empowering the next tra-volution. TriipProtocol is also a blockchain network which enables travel service providers to connect directly with travelers in a new and decentralized marketplace that drives down the cost for both hotels and other service providers as well as for travelers!
