Heads Up: TIIM Bugs are Afoot!

Hi all,

We’re aware of some TIIM-related issues on our system (stuck transactions, balances not updating quickly).

In most cases, these are *delayed* transactions and can be resolved by just waiting for the system to catch up with you. However, if you an errors that persist more than a day, give us a shout.

Next week, we’ll perform a big bug fix and get these issues resolved. Until then, keep an extra eye on your balance as you spin the Lucky Wheel or buy hotel room booking with TIIM. We’re here to assist if you see anything funny, but the majority of users should be able to conduct their Tiim-related affairs as normal.
