Technological progress

1. The optimization of Trinity-neo-gui is near completion. Trinity team will provide a user-guide when the official version is released.

2. As a positive attempt in state-channel technology, Trinity will keep extending its application in NEO-CLI, broadening the reach of off-chain scaling to more platforms via different clients, thus enhancing its usability and availability.
