Technological progress

1. Add Trinity command lines on NEO_CLI; defining the Trinity plugin based on the Plugin mode in NEO; overloading the OnMessage method in Plugin to support the working mode of Trinity state channel on neo_cli.

2. Interface adjustment in command line mode; identifying the command in command line mode, adding the corresponding command execution interface, checking the dependency condition and parameters of the command execution in the interface, and then calling the command to run the process.

Note: researches and command lines are conduced locally at the moment. New repository of Trinity-neo-cli is expected to open on gitHub soon.
