Technological progress

1. Adapt Trinity to Neocore 2.10.3; Neo has released a new version that enables performance optimization and interface tuning. In order to synchronize this version, Trinity adjusts the implementation of interface calls and partial contracts.

2. Transaction contract optimization; optimizing RSMC authentication contracts, especially penalty contracts, to improve the efficiency and compatibility of contract execution.
