Interested in tech, customer service and getting involved in the commercial and operations side of a fast-moving startup? Help us supercharge Trint to a supersonic speed. You will be a key part of a small team in the midst of a market-moving product launch.
We are looking to hire an articulate, passionate Customer Support Associate who enjoys working with people and helping solve problems. You will be part of the commercial team focusing on customer support: including technical issues, account inquiries and product inquiries. You will need to know and understand every aspect of our software. We use Zendesk, the popular customer support tool. We will train you to do all this. We are a small team, you will have opportunities to be exposed to all areas of the business and grow with us.
Required skills:
- Perfect written and oral communication skills in English: be able to produce well-written, informal, fluid and grammatically correct emails, as well as conduct Skype interviews with users.
- Organisational skills: ability to manage your own time, effectively prioritise task, meet deadlines and meet goals.
- Strong People Skills: you should enjoy dealing with customers and helping them solve problems.
Helpful but not essential skills and qualities:
- Social Media Marketing: a strong knowledge of social media platforms.
- Technical Skills: MS office and any other media skills you can offer
- Additional Languages: Trint offers its services in multiple languages.

Compensation details
This is an Intern position with the potential of full-time employment. Remuneration based upon pro rata salary of £18–20k.
