Invoices, you sultry temptress. Sending you is the best, because it means a bank account will soon be topped up, and somewhere, someone is treating themselves to a sushi dinner.

But they also mean that that person has had to collect all the relevant receipts. They’ve probably done up some Excel nightmare to document their work, and painstakingly checked and re-checked their math, and their tax additions, and so forth.

Money, you are so great, but getting you is such a pain. But of course, that’s why Trippeo built their new Invoices feature. With this feature, you can take all your tracked costs and add them to an Invoice–just like you do with an Expense report. Once your relevant costs are logged, update your client information and input your tax percentage. Wah-bam! You’ve got a completed Invoice, and are ready to bill your clients in a professional and timely matter. Even better? You can tackle your invoices right from your phone. How’s that for a productive train ride home?

For the final step, export your Invoice as a PDF, and upload it to that tastefully written email. Or, if you’re tricky, one of your tastefully written templates.
