Onboard teams to Trippeo with Google Apps Marketplace

Our integration with Google Apps Marketplace lets your business’ administrator sign up your entire team with just a few clicks. That means that you get your whole team logged on at once. From there, you can leave the onboarding to us. Here’s how you do it:

Visit the Google Apps Marketplace and search for Trippeo — here’s the link.

Once you’ve installed the app, your administrators panel will present you the option to integrate with the Trippeo app. This simply means that Trippeo will have access to the list of emails associated with your domain. Once you’ve granted Trippeo access, you’ll have the option to send a notification to all of your users. Depending on how many people you are actually planning on signing up for the service, you may want to skip notifying your whole company. Once this is installed, you’ll be able to access Trippeo right from your Google apps icon.

Once you’re in the app you’ll be able to select the specific people that you want to join your Trippeo channel. You’ll see all of the people associated with your organization listed in your Trippeo account. All you need to do from here is click the toggle to the right of the person that you want to invite to Trippeo.

By activating the user, you have successfully invited them to your organization’s Trippeo account. The selected users will begin receiving emails from Trippeo that give them the basic tools they need to successfully begin logging their expenses and creating reports within the app.
