Sometimes my mind is a super happy place full of inspiring and crazy ideas, which I love … but not every day is like this.

Sometimes my mind plays tricks on me and turns into a dark place full of self-doubt, self-sabotage… a place where the impostor syndrome is fully fed and the self-esteem starve.

The title of this writing can sound like a guide but honestly I wish I knew the guidelines for it…it is more like a question to be answered by my own self in a moment of clearer thoughts.

Maybe today is the dark day but those are only recognizable since happy days also exist (otherwise there would be no comparison, right?).

As dark and light coexist so my dark and happy thoughts in my mind fight for their space and my attention.

They said that we have two lions in our heads (the positive one and the negative one) and the one that survives is the one that we feed.

Now, I guess I´m not feeding any of them since they are fighting so strongly in my head but it is ok for all the stressful situations I´m getting myself into.

Right now I do not know the answers…But it is ok, I promise myself that I will come back here to answer this…
