DUBROVNIK

This area of the Adriatic is referred to as the Dalmatian coast, I haven’t. Found out why yet.

Dubrovnik is a beautiful place, a walled city , to walk the wall took us 1 1/2 hours so quite a strenuous walk up and down steps, different height steps, good for tripping up !!!

great views of the city from all points , at one point on the walk we where held up while the filming of Game of Thrones was going on , must have been about 500 actors,extras, etc , quite the site, and now watching Game of Thrones will never be the same.

For a city that was at war 30 years ago it has been well repaired and could have done with a lot longer visit maybe when there are not so many other visitors
