I am so very excited about the talented, high-quality team I’ve assembled to bring Trivver and my dream of creating the premiere advertising exchange for Extended Reality (XR) environments to life.

Our team includes some of the top minds in ad tech, media, and emerging technology and we have the right pieces in place to help brands programmatically execute highly-targeted, impactful and scalable XR (including 3D, virtual reality, mixed reality and augmented reality) campaigns. Our team’s endless passion, work ethic and commitment to developing revolutionary technology for the advertising industry has resulted in six patents awarded, with an additional 17 currently pending in the areas of 3D, digital advertising and blockchain concepts.

We truly believe in the exponential possibilities of XR and in the profound, lasting and global impact of this technology. As a result, we have built our team with one goal in mind — to accelerate the commercialization, monetization and ultimately, the adoption of XR technologies across devices and industries for all stakeholders in the ecosystem — including publishers, brands, agencies and consumers.

Without further ado, let me introduce myself:

I am Joel LaMontagne, founder and CEO of Trivver, focused on guiding Trivver’s business development as we grow and disrupt the XR advertising landscape. My background is in computer science and mathematics which set the foundation as I designed the highly-sophisticated view-ability and user engagement algorithms that drive Trivver’s programmatic and predictability ad platform, while ensuring all ads remain free from non-human traffic. I am an active member of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), working on creating new digital ad standards for 3D environments and cross-app/cross-device measurements without the use of cookie tracking. I have been awarded four software patents and one design patent, with seventeen additional patents currently pending in the 3D digital ad and Blockchain spaces.

Alan Haft is our president and is responsible for sales, marketing and business development. Alan has successfully launched multiple businesses including a film production company, Breakheart Films, with actor James Wood, located on the Universal Studios backlot. He also oversaw US operations of Swiss-based Day Software and as president, Alan built the US-based team from the ground up to 120+ employees by spearheading sales, marketing, operations and business development. After Alan led the US-based operations to secure multi-million dollar contracts with Sony Electronics and IBM, the company went public, raising over $125 million and it was later purchased by Adobe for $240 million. Don’t be surprised if you have seen Alan before, as he is a frequent commentator on various business, technology and investing subjects on national TV networks such as CNBC, Fox, CNN and many others.

Kevin Conroy is our Chief Data Officer. He previously held the position of President, Digital & New Platforms at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, where he oversaw all initiatives for new and emerging platforms. Prior to this, Kevin served as Univision’s Chief Strategy and Data Officer, where he led efforts to identify priority growth initiatives and developed Univision’s big data strategy. Kevin has also held global marketing and executive management positions at AOL Broadband, AOL Entertainment and AOL Music, as well as BMG Entertainment and CBS/FOX Video. He has been recognized as a “Digital All-Star” by Broadcasting & Cable, listed on CableFAX’s 2014 and 2015 Digital Hot List, and included as “25 Executives to Watch” by Digital Media Wire.

Simon Keating is our Chief Technology Officer and a game developer with over twenty years experience. Mr. Keating has developed games for companies ranging in size from Electronic Arts to small independents. With a string of hit game credits including the Harry Potter Series, Croc and many Hasbro titles such as Nerf Zombies, Play Doh, Twister, Game Of Life and more, Mr. Keating is passionate about all kinds of creative digital media formats. Simon has over seven years of experience in Unity3D Games and applications.

Ankur Maheshwari has more than 15 years of experience in software development. He is currently Director of Research at Techracers, leading the development of multiple solutions on Blockchain including Enterprise blockchain solutions | Transferring business processes via blockchain | Consensus algorithm focused on scalability | Fintech solutions on blockchain. He consults for institutions, SMEs, academic communities, and other relevant fields, helping them to: — Identify, evaluate and add value to their existing business idea with the aid of technology — Understand the development of new decentralized applications and evaluate challenges and opportunities for their businesses; and — Learn about the challenges around Blockchain, DLTs, digital currencies and smart contracts.
