Announcement on Extending ERC20 Wallet Enquiry Service on TRON’s Official Website

On June 25, 2018 (SGT), TRON’s MainNet was officially launched. With the MainNet upgrade and TRX migration, the withdrawal service of ERC20 wallet on TRON’s official website was suspended on June 22, 2018.

Considering that some users still have questions towards the withdrawal service of TRON’s ERC20 Wallet, TRON decided to extend the original enquiry service expire date of December 31, 2018 to January 31, 2019 (SGT).

For the convenience of users, TRON will extend the withdrawal service to January 15. All the applications sent to withdraw@tron.network by January 15 will be processed by the official team. Please be noted that we will not process applications from users whose account balance is lower than 10,000 TRX; users holding more than 10,000 TRX can enjoy the withdrawal service until January 31. We will not accept any withdrawal application beyond this date.

Please follow the steps if you would like to apply for withdrawal:

l Email the official email address to apply for withdrawal;

l Confirm your account balance in the ERC20 wallet on TRON’s official website;

l Withdraw your account balance to exchanges that support TRX migration (e.g. Binance, Kucoin, etc.) and exchange the balance for TRX on TRON’s MainNet.
