Servers are in Honolulu (USA), Los Angeles (USA), Seattle (USA), Dallas (USA), New York (USA) and London (UK)

Cloud VPS and dedicated servers (Limited only by current manufacturers). Los Angeles Servers are placed on a private low latency network connecting USA to Asia.
A sample SR or Seed server: Dual Quad-Core Xeon X5560 (8 Cores and 16 Threads), 96GB RAM, 960GB SSD, unmetered bandwidth.
A sample starting full node on a load balancer:
Server: HP BL865 G7 AMD Opteron 48 Core, 48 x 2.1GHz, 2x 1TB SSD, 512GB RAM unmetered bandwidth (scalable as required)

3· 2018 expenditure budget and technical plan by June 26th.:
$500,000 (Please see the attached initial Network layout)

4· 2018 hardware capacity upgrade plan after June 26th.
Flexible, we are planning to run all servers below 75% capacity threshold (traffic, connections, CPU, storage and RAM)

Development of tools helping to monitor the health of the infrastructure (missed blocks, user capacities, node up times etc.) and
blockchain interaction tools for token holders.

23+ years of computer background and system administration of Linux/Unix based servers. 6 years of working with blockchain
technologies and 1+ year of hands on with DPOS blockchains.
