Regret

Regret is looking back. Is looking at a path not taken. Is a relationship not mended. A moment not seized. An opportunity not taken.

Any moment looking at these, is a moment looking away from your now. From your present. From the gift you have in front of you.

Notice regret. See the emotion and let it go on its journey.

It has somewhere to go, but it’s not staying with you. Your now is full. Your present is precious. And waiting.
