About Troubleshooters:

The Troubleshooters are a group of like-minded individuals whose values can be found at the intersection of technology and learning. No question is too great that the answer does not lie somewhere deep in the processor of a computer. The Troubleshooters aim to produce digital solutions for the world’s greatest problems, such as poverty, world hunger, and computer illiteracy.

About The Role:

The Troubleshooters are looking for a Chief Operating Officer to oversee all ongoing operations. These operations include research, development, and education with a focus on technology.

Example Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other Troubleshooters to deliver an experience that is both meaningful and beneficial to all involved
  • Create and coordinate speaking opportunities for Troubleshooters to share their research
  • Communicate effectively with customers to learn their needs, and translate those needs into business solutions
  • Interface with proprietary technology in order to elevate it to a more general audience

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in a technical role, or a business role at a technically-oriented company
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new and complicated programming languages and processes
  • Experience in Arnoldc, Befunge, Pontiscript, or perl a plus
  • Passion for the Troubleshooters mission and a great need to spread tech literacy to the community
  • Strong leadership skills and a pristine work ethic
  • The ability to explain to me why somebody posted a picture of a green frog riding a unicycle on one of my Facebook posts
