The RCMP has admitted that their investigation into Amber Tuccaro’s disappearance was “deficient.”
Amber Alyssa Tuccaro was a 20-year-old member of the Mikisew Cree First Nation in Canada. At just three days old, Amber had been adopted by Andrew and Vivian “Tootsie” Tuccaro. They had four sons and wanted to add a daughter to their family.
