Mother Vanishes After Confronting Daughter’s Abuser
Alison Thresher’s daughter was being sexually abused by her teacher.
Alison Goodwin Thresher was a 45-year-old woman living at the Summer Highlands Apartment complex in Bethesda, Maryland. She and her husband, James M. Thresher, were separated and in the midst of a custody battle. They had two children, 12-year-old Hannah and 10-year-old Sam.
