Douglass Watts was a 73-year-old man who lived in Rogers Park, Chicago, with his husband Brian and their two dogs. Around 10 AM on September 30, 2018, Douglass was walking his dogs on the sidewalk near their house when he was shot once in the head at point-blank range. His neighbor found his body.
