Finding experimental people is harder

Most easy things have other difficult parts. The simpler one part is, the harder the other.

It’s easy for us to think we have an experimental mindset. We quickly agree validating hypothesis is a great idea.

But here’s the difficult part;

Our egos and lovely brain juices will make it hard for even the smartest of all minds to think experimentally.

We imagine a world where we make the next Facebook, we might have had this idea for 2 years. But we don’t want to put it out there as a test.

We think our test will won’t pass. Maybe it won’t. Our idea won’t be the next Facebook. But we’ll learn, we’ll spend less and become smarter.

You can tell if a startup will stay for long by how much experiments they run.
